Small Parts: Items such as switches, props, control boxes, shafts, etc. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail
(1-4 Business Days Based on Order Time)

Larger Items: Items such as Trolling Motors, Mounts, Lower Units, etc. will be shipped UPS Ground
(1-4 Business Days Based on Order Time)

Returns and Exchanges
At TrollingMotorParts.com we want you to get what you need.
That is why we try to make it as easy as possible to order the correct part. 

If you order the incorrect part and need to return or exchange it. 
We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date.
Electrical parts are not included.

To return or exchange an item, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization.

RETURN POLICY DISCLOSURE

  • All returns must be approved within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • All returns must be uninstalled and in new condition. 
  • Any returned items that are installed, damaged or missing items are subject to refusal. 
  • All returns have a 15% restocking fee. 
  • If you are exchanging or reordering the correct item, the 15% restocking fee will be waived. 
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Electrical Parts are not eligible for return.
  • Items Returned due to an "Insufficient Address" are subject to pay shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.

Electrical Trolling Motor Parts
On any electrical trolling motor parts or accessories, there are no returns or exchanges.
There is no warranty on electrical parts installed by the customer.

Warranty
Parts installed by the customer do not come with a Manufacturer Warranty. 
Parts installed by an Authorized Service Center will have a Manufacturer Warranty through that Service Center.

Minn Kota - 90 Day Parts & Labor Warranty.

International Shipping 
We only ship orders within the United States. 
If you need an order shipped outside of the United States, you can use a forwarding service. 
If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States,
then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. 
Our responsibility for lost or damaged items ends once your order reaches that address safely. 
Any items lost or damaged after delivery to the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Taxes
Missouri residents are subject to the state sales tax.
