   Easy to install, thanks to the video.
   
   My xi5 drops power while trolling never happens while jigging. It immediately comes back on.
   
   I hope this solves my issue.

   Easy to Install, very helpful video. I wish I replaced it 2 years ago when I started having issues. I had every light blinking and beeping, no connection to the remote or pedal at all.

   Fairly easy to replace, trolling motor was not responding to remote, turns intermittently, would not hold speed in manual, but would in course mode, spot lock seem to be working also, but again did not respond well with jogging over, watched YouTube video of trolling motor parts and was convinced that it was the problem, replaced and is working perfectly, thanks

   MY xi5 trolling motor was constantly rebooting, This was easy to install and fixed the issue.

   I’ll start by saying that trollingmotorpatrs.com is awesome and has nothing to do with the 4star review of the product. The latest update on the motherboard makes the power light stay on as long as it is hooked to power which I do not like. This is the 3rd motherboard I have ordered for my ix5. It’s from 2016 and is 8 years old that’s about a board every 2.5 years. I like the motor but might be changing brands in the future.

9. xi5 control module

   It worked in my shop after installation
   Then on the water it didn’t work my motor spins around wraps up the cables and the speed is either hi or low or the hand held has no affect at all
   Back in my shop My foot pedal seems to work so I ordered a new hand remote control
   I hope that is the problem! I’m tired of wasted time and $$$
