My bottom housing piece broke that holds the rack to the pinion and that was it for my old trolling motor until I saw these. You'll need both top and bottom as the screw holes don't match the old housing holes.
Worked out great! Needed different (shorter) screws for the housing but it lined up with the original holes in outer tube. Looks like a new one!
