This is exactly what I was looking for. It is much heavier duty than the ones on Amazon or Harbor Freight. The cap on the key is a nice touch as well. Only 4 stars due to the fact it only comes with one key. The first one I ordered, the key was broken in the package. TrollingMotorParts.com sent another one.

Was having possibly a minor issue with relatively new MotorGuide XI3 hand-controlled trolling motor(was not staying in the neutral position)and I had a few options-disconnect either of the battery cables or get a foot switch or battery cut-off switch and that is the route I pursued.Took boat out for first time this past Sunday and cut-off switch was absolutely perfect,easy to shut off power to trolling motor to prevent prop from spinning and easy to access as it is right next to battery and all I need to do is shut off switch when I drive boat.
