I needed this switch for an electric boat that uses a Motor Guide lower unit. I searched everywhere for this switch and it is very difficult to find! Especially with this configuration that will allow me to mount the switch with through a control panel in the boat. An added bonus was the leads soldered to the terminal posts which was one of the issues I had with my old switch. I've already hooked it up and it works perfectly with 5 forward and 2 reverse speeds. If you are doing any custom work like my boat has this makes everything painless.

I first bought a different one and turns out going cheaper is the wrong way. I like that the 4 major wires were welded to the control and installation was a breeze!

This switch will replace the old one but the wiring positions are a bit different. Make sure you save the old switch for reference.

When major suppliers were no longer carrying parts for my trolling motor that would only run in reverse, I was able to fix it with a replacement hand switch. The other option was to buy a new one. If the fix only works for one season I am head of the game, Thanks!
