1. Worked in older motor

   I have an older MinnKota 565 and the switch for it is apparently no longer available. This one I hooked up exactly as bad one, with the exception of the green wire. There was no post where the original switch had a post. I put it on the one open post and it seems to work. Not sure I have all 5 speeds, but at least it has a couple speeds and works. I'll know more in spring when I break it out for the season. No literature is included with this switch, so not sure about the green wire, if its even needed. Good over all. Great speed getting the product to me.

   It’s hard to find exact parts for equipment that’s 20 plus years old without having to modify it. The switch looked, fit and functioned just like the OEM. I’m impressed with the selections and quality service!
