1. perfect fit

   This part was a perfect replacement especially since it was redesigned and improved from the original part. It is now waterproof. The beast thing was the step by step video on youtube. 100% satisfied.

2. Fast and great instructions

   The video explaining how to install the sensor board was great, but I was glad there was instructions that came with the part so I had something to refer to at the dock. Quick getting it to me. Fairly easy install, fixed the problem.

   I know is a recall item from the manufacturer, but I didn't want to wait so long to get a replacement one to me. So, I purchased it instead. I watched youtube.com videos on how to install the new one. Videos said it takes about 30 minutes to install. I took me almost 3 hours to install it. Getting the pin to go through the foot pedal took a long time for me.

   It’s amazing that a company, who produces items for boats that go on water, designs a component that will fail if it gets wet. Hence the replacement of my Ultrex Foot Pedal sensor board. I found trolling motor parts via YouTube and immediately bought from them. The video on how to change the board was spot on. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for trolling motor parts.

   Yeah, I had the dreaded "frozen" pedal. Found the part on Trolling Motor Parts website along with a link to the repair video. 15 minutes later I'm good to go. Who would have thought it to be so easy?
