BRACKET assembly arrived just as described. Although there were no instructions on how to install iit, the procedure was intuitive. The parts were Original Equipment Manufacturer and it was exactly what I needed to fix the problem with my trolling motor.

My original tilt bracket assembly did not have the metal bracket that holds the two side pieces together. Likely the company redesigned it because they were failing. In my case, the plastic threaded piece (tilt motor nut) in the middle came out as the two side pieces bent away. Hopefully this new piece will solve that problem, it looks like it does. No trouble installing it at all. I have a 6 foot ultrrra
