I don’t know if both the right and left side of ramps needed to be replaced simultaneously from the old style, but I did that and it worked perfectly. The old style ramp switch basically just cracked and failed. The new style ramp switch looks beefier and will hopefully not crack. Moving the magnet switch from the old style to the new style ramp was very straightforward.
