   My plastic latch bar had broke 3 times due to cold weather and high use. This fixed the issue, works great and a perfect fit.

   These should come from the factory on all these trolling motors. Quick easy fix. Good company to order your part from. I appreciate their YouTube how to video.

   I never knew this part existed until a friend turned me on to it. I love it! Sturdy, will not break. My only concern is the ultrex bracket is aluminum and this part is stainless steel. Will watch to make sure it does not beat up the aluminum.

   STAINLESS STEEL LATCH BAR WORKS GREAT !
   SEEMS TO WORK SMOOTHER THAN THE PLASTIC ONE
   THAT CAME STOCK ON 24 V 80# ULTREX.

   The stainless steel bar will never brake, very easy to install and not that expensive.
