When the dreaded happens, this is your quick fix to get back on the water. I did a belt replacement only to find the gear bent and rollers inside forced out of alignment due to the high torque.
**Note: If the worm gear does not turn easily with your fingers while feeding or removing the lift belt, you'll need this full replacement.
