I just want to say thanks for posting a video on you tube about the upgrade. I had given up hope on rebuilding this minn Kota saltwater pre Bluetooth pre 2017. I called minn Kota and they basically said good luck finding a remote and my only option was to connect it to my humming bird electronics. I did and my motor would not respond . They basically told me I was dead in the water. I was ready to just put it away and hope I would someday find the remote. After I saw the video I hit the link checked out the site asked a simple question to see if it would fit and before they responded I had already purchased the up grade kit. I received it within a week and was so simple to swap out the old head and had the motor responding within half hour. Thanks again for you’re help

Easy to install, my wife could do it .. Works great, when anchor( spot lock) is selected it take a couple of minutes for the system to settle down then it locks right in ..

This upgrade gives me auto pilot and spot lock. It was so easy to install and trolling motor parts treated me right when I ordered the wrong model number.
