If your monetary switch gives you any trouble. Definitely try the magnetic switch. Cheap and very easy to do Worth having a new one on the shelf for yourself or your buddies when they call with problems lol. Rip some lips

My Fortrex was staying on after I let off the foot switch. Very frustrating on the water! I ordered this replacement switch and it arrived a few days later. Super easy to install, only took a few minutes. Working like a champ now!
Highly recommend this product if you are having the same problem. -

Trolling motor was staying on after taking foot off momentary button. This kit totally fixed problem.

Fortrex is known for the pedal switch issues. This was so easy to install and fixed my problem instantly. Intermittent switch easily fixed with this part.
