Plastic bushings are plastic bushings but the customer service is great and fast. My bushings needed replaced after a tournament, I had another tournament a week later. Ordered these up and they were shipped fast and got to me the day I had to leave. Got it all put together and was back on the lake. I do wish that they had a “rush” service offered but their standard delivery was pretty damn fast. These guys will get all my business for anything else that breaks on my ultrex.
