Great price fast shipping! Don't follow the Minn Kota direction and take the trolling motor apart. You tube it and you can easily install new cable with out taking trolling motor apart.

The original cable on my Ultrex was pinched when lowering the troll motor in the water and the cable was severely crushed. I replaced the pull cable with one I purchased from Trolling Motor Parts and it worked perfectly. I also added a stiffener near where the cable goes into the bracket to prevent the cable getting into the same pinch point again. Tip: Don’t use Minnkota’s instructions which have you pulling a lot of stuff apart. Just tape the new cable to the old one and pull it through; a much easier process.
