1. Best thing ever

   I purchased my used fishing boat last summer, which came with a Minn Kota V2 trolling motor. I purchased the upgrade kit with I pilot and after using it 3 times in February I am amazed with the operation. This is the best add on I've made to my boat by far.

   We installed it in 45 minutes. Nothing difficult. Put it to use the next day in extremely windy conditions. Motor performed flawlessly. Awesome product. Highly recommend. As for Trolling Motor Parts they were very responsive. Shipped in a couple days. Could not be happier with the overall experience.

   I haven’t installed yet the boat has been winterized for the season , product came in a timely manner can’t wait till spring to try it out.

   Found a used powerdrive v2 on marketplace for cheap and then bought this kit. Now I've got spotlock and more features for hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying a brand new unit. Would recommend and have recommended to many of my friends on a budget.

   Hi...I ordered it, installed it and waited for the weather to be able to use it. Not everything was there that I needed, but I made it work. It might be just because I had one of the earlier models. Everything worked perfect. The only problem was getting used to the new controller which is on me. My original controller had died, so I had the choice... buy a new one or upgrade. I'm glad I upgraded. The upgrade is bluetooth, so I'll be able to use my phone if I have too. The price is quite a bit to bite off, but definitely cheaper than a new motor. You probably know this, but take the battery out of your controller in the off season. I learned the hard way.

   I was skeptical on purchasing this product at first. I own a Minnkota Power Drive V2. I will tell you all this. I am extremely glad I did make the purchase instead of buying a brand new updated version. Very very easy to install and works perfectly. So if your looking to upgrade trust me buy this one.

   Happy with the order service. Package was well packed nothing showed up damaged as far as I can tell. Very quick from the time it was ordered till it was in my hands. Good support video online of installation. Nice that someone is still selling kits for the conversion as minnkota has discontinued production.
   Have not had a chance to install or use it yet as we have snow on the ground and the lakes are frozen where I am. But other reviews are promising. So far so good.

    Shipping was quick, all parts and instructions easy to follow. Easy to install 30-40 minutes. Thanks to Trollingmotorparts. I was able to make this upgrade.
    Now to hit the water and enjoy my new I-Pilot
