This kit includes everything needed to convert a 12 Volt 
Minn Kota PowerDrive Motor to 24 Volts.

equipped with AutoPilot. 
This Conversion Kit WILL NOT WORK with PowerDrive Models 
equipped with I-Pilot or Advanced GPS.
