Excellent fit there is no way the remote can slip out. Great product and trollingmotorparts is an outstanding option if you need parts. It's my second order from them and each purchase was flawless
Should work alright, but mounting is suspect.

The remote fits tightly into the mount, which is good, but with just two small screws to mount it with, eventually it will pull free. I am likely going to apply some 3M 5200 adhesive because I don't trust the screws.

Holds my remote perfectly in place on my dash. No more searching for where I left it or having in dangling around banging against me while I’m trolling. Simple one finger touch while trolling.
