Everything was exactly as described. Be careful opening packaging, the little screw seals are scattered throughout the package stuck to parts.

Old battery cover and housing had lost one of the "bayonets" causing me to loose signal to the trolling motor. Everything I needed. I will say that the screws are very snug to install so go carefully when installing them. I'll pay closer attention in the future when changing the battery. One thing I did notice was how snug the O ring was. A little swipe of silicone grease and easy to install with minimal force needed.
