Exactly what I needed to fix the problems Spot lock and the pair button quit working. The remote couldn’t find the trolling motor any more either.
Trolling Motor Parts shipped a newer version of the part the same day of order. I received 3 days later. It took about 10 minutes to replace, paired with remote and all working again.
Also note: TMP parts are priced much better than others.

If you own a MinnKota Ultrex, chances are it's going to need repairs. I do my own repairs as it would not be worth taking it to an "authorized" repair shop. The last repairs I've done consisted of components bought from Trolling Motor Parts.com as they had both items in stock. My cost was way less than what a minimum charge from a dealer would have been.
