Ultrex Gas Lift Shock

The shock fit and worked as described. I had ordered the one for the mod 80 lbs 45” shaft. When I removed the old one I found MinnKota had put a shock for the 36 volt mod. Trued to get help, But was never responded to. Had to eat the full price for the wrong shock. Plus order the right one. The delivery is fast but no phone number to help customer.
