Unfortunately the speed controller went, but with this model you have to replace control box and board. This was a simple exchange, and easy to do.

I was about 2 miles from the dick when the circuit board burned out in my Minnkota trolling motor. After 1-1/2 hours of paddling I finally made it back. Figured out the circuit board was the issue so ordered a new one. Less than $100 and my $325 motor now works great! Will add a circuit breaker in line to avoid this in the future.

Perfect part and arrived early.

My motor was working whacky..... figured it was the potentiometer..... replacement head corrected the issue....
