I received the base only a few days after ordering it. The piece was identical to the broken one I had and it fit perfect. The price was so good, I thought it was a misprint. My entire experience with this company was first class and I would recommend them and this product to anyone.

I unfortunately hit a bird while fishing a few weeks ago. I tried dodging it but couldn't avoid it. The bird hit the head of my trolling motor causing the lower control box to crack and break. I assumed it would cost a mint to fix it. A friend told me about trollingmotorparts.com and Im glad he did. Very easy to install remove 4 screws and unplug a couple harnesses. Anyone can replace it on their own. BUT WHAT A BARGAIN @ $4.95.
