    I bought a ghost trolling motor when they first came out. Couple weeks ago the end of the assist shock broke off. The new shock has much beefier ends on it and should not break.

    The hard part was removing the aluminum fasteners. One was ok the other I had to cut. I previously mounted a Turret. I believe that accelerated the wear.
