I got this as a replacement for a broken pull string. It took about 10 mins to install. It was so easy, I thought I installed it incorrectly. So I stood on the bow of my boat in the driveway deploying the trolling motor and pulling it back up for 10 mins just to make sure it was going to work correctly. Amazing part for the funds.
